Affordable Multifamily Financing Program

The Affordable Multifamily Financing program targets multifamily properties where at least 50% of the units are income restricted.

Like all of the programs highlighted on GoGreen Financing, the Affordable Multifamily Financing program is designed to encourage growth in private market lending and features a credit enhancement to help financing entities mitigate risk. It is designed to leverage and complement existing state and utility efforts to encourage affordable multifamily properties to install energy efficiency retrofits.

2019 CSA Technical Assistance Grant Program

Technical assistance in the form of hands-on application assistance to farmers and ranchers is critical to the success of CDFA’s Climate Smart Agriculture programs including the Healthy Soils Program (HSP), the State Water Efficiency and Enhancement Program (SWEEP) and the Alternative Manure Management Program (AMMP). One-on-one technical assistance improves accessibility of incentive funding to agricultural operations that otherwise may not have the resources or technical expertise to complete the application process, and implement the CSA programs incentivized practices.

Natural Climate Solutions Accelerator Grant

The Nature Conservancy is announcing a request for proposals for two additional rounds of grant funding for projects with potential to substantially increase the use of natural climate solutions through the U.S. Natural Climate Solutions Accelerator program. This grant-funding program is focused on helping kick-start innovative and scalable approaches to capturing greenhouse gas emissions by using natural and working lands in the United States.

Small Business Innovation Research Program Phase I

Funds may be awarded up to $100,000 for a Phase I project. Proposed Phase I projects should prove the scientific or technical feasibility of the approach or concept. Projects dealing with agriculturally related manufacturing and alternative and renewable energy technologies are encouraged across all SBIR topic areas. USDA SBIR's flexible research areas ensure innovative projects consistent with USDA's vision of a healthy and productive nation in harmony with the land, air, and water.

Conservation Innovation Grants (CIG) for Federal fiscal year (FY) 2019 – CALIFORNIA

U.S. Department Of Agriculture - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is announcing the availability of CIG to stimulate the development and adoption of innovative conservation approaches and technologies. Applications are accepted from eligible entities for projects carried out in the state of California (CA).

Conservation Innovation Grants On-Farm Conservation Innovation Trials

The purpose of On-Farm Trials is to stimulate the adoption and evaluation of innovative conservation approaches in partnership with agricultural producers. For 2019, NRCS is implementing On-Farm Trials through eligible entities, which in turn work collaboratively with NRCS and agricultural producers to implement innovative approaches on private lands. On-Farm Trials supports the implementation of innovative approaches that have a positive conservation impact but which, for any number of reasons, have not yet been adopted by producers.
