BayREN Water Bill Savings Program

FY 2020 and FY 2021 Source Reduction Assistance Grant Program

EPA is announcing a grant competition to fund two-year Source Reduction Assistance (SRA) agreements that support research, investigation, study, demonstration, education and training using source reduction approaches (also known as “pollution prevention” and herein referred to as “P2”). P2 means reducing or eliminating pollutants from entering any waste stream or otherwise released into the environment prior to recycling, treatment, or disposal.

Household Water Well Program

The HWWS Grant Program has been established to help individuals with low to moderate incomes finance the costs of household water wells that they own or will own. Eligible Grant Purposes
a. Grant funds must be used to establish and maintain a revolving loan fund to provide loans to eligible individuals for household water well systems.

San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 (EPA) is soliciting applications to improve water quality and restore aquatic habitat (i.e. wetlands) in San Francisco Bay and its watersheds. A broad range of entities, as described in Section III.A, are eligible to submit applications under this announcement for projects within the nine Bay Area counties (Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Francisco.) Applications must fully describe the scope of the project, budget, and environmental results.

EPA is announcing a grant competition to fund two-year Pollution Prevention assistance agreements for projects that provide technical assistance (e.g., information, training, tools) to businesses and their facilities to help them develop and adopt source reduction practices (also known as “pollution prevention” or “P2”). P2 means reducing or eliminating pollutants from entering any waste stream or otherwise being released into the environment prior to recycling, treatment, or disposal.

WaterSMART Grants: Small-Scale Water Efficiency Projects

This Small-Scale Water Efficiency Projects FOA supports Small-Scale Water Efficiency Projects that have been prioritized through planning efforts led by the applicant. These projects are generally in the final design stage, environmental and cultural resources compliance have been initiated or already completed, and the non-Federal funding, necessary permits, and other required approvals have been secured.
