Burbank Water and Power offers a rebate to business customers for installing energy efficient equipment in eligible facilities. The rebate is offered for a variety of energy efficient measures and technologies, including retrofits for:

  • lighting 
  • HVAC  
  • central heat pump units 
  • motor replacement 
  • thermal energy storage
  • PC network power management software  

SoCalGas - Custom Non-Residential Energy Efficiency Program

Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) offers non-residential customers incentive programs to encourage energy efficiency. More information about the incentive amounts and equipment requirements can be found at the program web site.The SoCalGas Energy Efficiency Calculated Incentive Program (“EECIP”) provides standardized monetary incentives and non-monetary awards for business energy efficiency projects involving the installation of new, high-efficiency equipment or systems. Modesto Irrigation District - Commercial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Modesto Irrigation District’s Commercial Power Saver Rebate Program offers incentives to commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy efficient products. Rebates are available for a wide variety of products, including:  lighting, refrigeration, HVAC and air conditioning, high efficiency motors, and window sun shades. Anaheim Public Utilities - Green Building Rebate Program

Anaheim Public Utilities (APU) offers commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional customers the Green Building Incentives Program to offset construction, installation and upgrade costs of energy efficient equipment.  Customers interested in participating in this program can choose from a variety of third-party rating and certification programs including but no limited to:  LEED, Build it Green, California Green Build, and Green Globes.

Silicon Valley Power - Commercial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program - Lighting Controls/Sensors, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls

Silicon Valley Power (SVP) offers a variety rebates to its business customers, capped at a maximum total incentive of $500,000 per customer per year. In addition, Customer Directed Rebates are available for energy efficiency related projects that decrease electrical usage and may not otherwise fit into the other rebate offers. Los Angeles County - Commercial PACE

Businesses in Los Angeles County may be eligible for the county's Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. PACE programs allow businesses to finance energy and water efficiency projects which are repaid through a special assessment on the business's property taxes. The property must be located within Los Angeles County, and within the boundaries of a city that has adopted a resolution to join the County-wide PACE district.

Burbank Water & Power - Green Building Incentive Program

The U.S. Green Building Council is a non-profit organization that promotes the design and construction of buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work. The Green Building Council developed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System in order to more accurately provide incentives those using these practices.
