2019 Charge! Program

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District's 2019 Charge! Program is open and accepting applications until June 30, 2019. Early application submissions are highly encouraged as the previous year's cycle was oversubscribed.

The Charge! Program offers grant funding to offset the cost of purchasing and installing new charging stations at facilities within the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's jurisdiction. Charge! strives to rapidly expand access to electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to accelerate adoption of EVs in the Bay Area.

Incentive Wood Stove Replacement Program

On July 17, 2007, the Board of Directors approved $55,000 to fund the woodstove/fireplace replacement incentive program (Chimney Smoke RIP), to encourage homeowners to permanently remove or replace older wood stoves or fireplaces with cleaner burning devices to improve winter air quality through reduction of particulate matter (PM) emissions caused by inefficient residential wood combustion.

Electric Vehicle DC Fast Charging Station - SMUD - Sacramento Municipal Utility District

Installing charging stations on your property can provide a valuable amenity for attracting and retaining new customers or employees who are current electric vehicle owners or those who may be considering purchasing an electric vehicle. This not only benefits your customers and employees but also helps demonstrate your environmental leadership.

SMUD can help you provide this valuable amenity by offering an incentive of up to $100,000 for each DC fast charger project. Incentives are available for up to 6 projects in 2017.

Multifamily Charger Incentive for EV charging - SMUD - Sacramento Municipal Utility District

Installing charging stations on your property can provide a valuable amenity for attracting and retaining tenants who are current electric vehicle owners or those who may be considering purchasing an electric vehicle. This not only benefits your tenants but also helps demonstrate your environmental leadership.

SMUD can help you provide this convenience to your tenants by offering a $1,500 incentive for each Level 2 (208/240V) hardwired wall or pedestal mounted electric vehicle charger port on your property. Up to 20 electric vehicle charger incentives are available per property.

PG&E - Multi-Family Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

PG&E offers rebates for owners and managers of multi-family properties of five or more units. The program has two incentive components 1) an assessment incentive which is paid on a per dwelling unit basis for assessment and verification, and 2) an upgrade incentive which is a performance-based incentives for the energy efficiency upgrades. SDG&E - Non-Residential On-Bill Financing Program - Custom/Others pending approval

The SDG&E On-Bill Financing (OBF) program offers qualified business customers 0% financing from $5,000 to $100,000 per meter for qualifying equipment. All institutional customers may receive from $5,000 to $250,000 per meter. On-Bill Financing is available to any commercial or government-funded customer participating in an energy efficiency rebate or incentive program. The program is open to all non-residential customers, including owners of multi-family units who do not live on premises.

SDG&E - Non-Residential On-Bill Financing Program

The SDG&E On-Bill Financing (OBF) program offers qualified business customers 0% financing from $5,000 to $100,000 per meter for qualifying equipment. All institutional customers may receive from $5,000 to $250,000 per meter. On-Bill Financing is available to any commercial or government-funded customer participating in an energy efficiency rebate or incentive program. The program is open to all non-residential customers, including owners of multi-family units who do not live on premises.

Mobile Emission Reduction Programs - Antelope Valley AQMD

Eligibility requirements for incentives and grants (Alternative Fuel Vehicle Incentives, Vehicle Buy Back Program, Lawn Mower Exchange Program, Plug-in Electric Infrastructure and Carl Moyer - Heavy Duty Diesel Equipment On-Road & Off-Road Program are for local residents and businesses within the Air District with the exception of the Alternative Fuel Vehicle incentives which only apply to local residents. Businesses are eligible for Alternative Fuel Infrastructure such as Electric and CNG.

SoCalGas - Non-Residential On-Bill Financing Program

The SoCalGas On-Bill Financing (OBF) program offers qualified business customers 0% financing from $5,000 to $100,000 per meter for qualifying natural gas equipment. All institutional customers (i.e. counties, cities, school districts, etc.) may receive $5,000 to $250,000 per meter, and State of California can borrow up to $1,000,000 for one service account.The program is open to all non-residential customers, including owners of multi-family units who do not live on premises.
