Modoc County is now accepting applications for the 2021 Carl Moyer Funding! Modoc County is asking for applications to be turned in by January 1st, 2021 to be considered for other grant opportunities! Applicants need to farm 80% in Modoc County and 80% in California to be considered. Applications can be delivered to the following address: 202 W. 4th St Alturas, CA 96101 or P.O.
