The purpose of this NOFO is to strengthen development and implementation of legal regulatory frameworks that regulate trade and transfers of goods, technologies, materials, and expertise that could be used for WMD, related delivery systems, or advanced conventional weapons in Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Further, this NOFO will protect sensitive and emerging technologies from exploitation, especially semiconductors and related supply chains in the Philippines and Vietnam.
