Description

The USGS is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for research in design of management experiments, site selection information, management guidance, and field data collection protocols for the recovery of threatened Eastern Black Rail populations. The species is listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act and effective and efficient management strategies are largely unknown. Management experiments are needed to determine best management practices for the recovery of Eastern Black Rails.
