The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that promote respect for internationally recognized labor standards, including freedom of association and protection from violence and harassment, in the El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
