Notice of Intent to Amend Funding Opportunity Announcement DE-FOA-0002400 Clean Hydrogen Production, Storage, Transport and Utilization to Enable a Net-Zero Carbon Economy Previously titled Fossil Energy Based Production, Storage, Transport and Utilization of Hydrogen Approaching Net-Zero or Net-Negative Carbon Emissions This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to amend Funding Opportunity Announcement No. DE-FOA-0002400 Clean Hydrogen Production, Storage, Transport and Utilization to Enable a Net-Zero Carbon Economy, previously titled Fossil Energy Based Production, Storage, Transport and Utilization of Hydrogen Approaching Net-Zero or Net-Negative Carbon Emissions.
